Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

You will not be charged unless your order has been confirmed and accepted.

How to place an order

 In-stock items, scarves, shawls and pom-poms can be ordered and dispatched within 7-14 days of purchase. They will be delivered within shipping times shown at check out. This can be done either online or by contacting one of the team at , or alternatively call us on the contact numbers provided on our website.

Made-to-order items can be ordered by contacting one of the team via e-mail at , or alternatively by phone on the contact numbers provided on our website.

Our personal concierge style service aims to make ordering as easy and simple as possible.


 Our delivery charges are calculated as a fixed fee per item, depending on its final destination. This will be made clear during the check-out process.

 After an order has been placed customers can expect a dispatch time of 7-14 working days, and an additional 2-3 days depending on the destination and shipping method chosen during check out.

 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days of receipt, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you a replacement.


Cancellation and returns

 This cancellation policy does not affect your rights.

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel, unless in cases of faulty goods (see next paragraph):

Made-to-order pieces

Otherwise returns will be accepted if notice is given within 5 days of receipt of the item.

We will refund your money, excluding the original postage charges, within 14 days. 

*If the item is faulty then the full shipping costs will also be refunded.

For made-to-order items there is no cancellation policy after the order has been placed. However if the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same item if notice is given within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Please be aware that re-delivery times can be from 1 to 3 weeks from the date of notification. However re-delivery of faulty items will be given priority.

In cases of returns of non-faulty items, you are responsible for returning the item to us. Items must be returned in the condition they were delivered and in their original packaging.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further. If the goods are found to be faulty within 7 days of delivery, you will be entitled to a refund, a repair, or a replacement. Please be aware that replacements can take 1-3 weeks to be re-delivered depending on the volume of orders at the time. Though your order will be given priority.
